Why should we hire a wedding videographer?

A wedding video captures moments in motion, including vows, speeches, and reactions that photos alone can’t fully convey. Our well-made video's helps you relive your day with sound, movement, and atmosphere.

How far in advance should we book our videographer?

Most couples book us 8-12 months before their wedding, though it’s ideal to book as soon as possible, especially for wedding seasons.

What types of video packages do you offer?

We offer a single, superb Platinum package, which includes a 20-30 minute highlight film, a teaser, and a quick-watch summary.

What’s your filming style?

Our style is documentary, capturing candid moments as they unfold, complemented by beautiful music. For your highlight film, we also incorporate cinematic elements, including creative angles, music overlays, and storytelling, to add a unique and artistic touch.

Do you offer drone footage?

We do offer drone coverage for unique aerial shots of the venue. However, it may be subject to the location permissions & the weather. We offer this as a free service.

How many videographers will be filming on the day?

We are a husband & wife team and we like to cover all angles, so there will be two of us filming unless we tell you otherwise in advance of your day.

What if it rains or the lighting is poor?

We adapt to all conditions to capture beautiful footage, regardless of the weather. In low-light environments, we use specialized lenses to gather the light we need to film your wedding beautifully.

How long does it take to receive our films?

Editing times vary but typically range from 2-6 weeks, depending on the season. When you book with us we will discuss your delivery time.

You will however receive your Teaser within 24-48 hours of your day, so you can share it with family & friends. 

Do you provide raw, unedited footage?

Our goal is to create something truly unique and special for you, dedicating many hours to craft the perfect film. Because unedited raw footage doesn’t reflect our final, polished product, we don’t provide it.

How will the films be delivered?

Once your films are complete, we will provide you with a private link for viewing. Afterward, you’ll receive a download link, allowing you to save the films to as many devices as you'd like. Additionally, for a small extra charge, we can mail you a USB memory stick containing all of your films.

What is your payment structure?

We ask for a deposit of £100 to fully secure your date. The balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Your deposit fully secures your date and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, but availability cannot be guaranteed if we are already booked. Additionally, if you cancel after the final balance has been paid, that payment is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel (this has never happened before), all fees paid will be fully refunded. We will also make every effort to help you find a suitable replacement to film your wedding.

Can we meet before we book you?

Of course! We would love to meet up with you. We offer free consultations, either in person (if you are local), or virtually, to discuss your day and how we can capture it forever.

Can you provide references or sample videos?

Yes yes yes! Every one of our couples would be happy to provide you with a reference. And we would be more than happy to provide you with lots of examples of our films.
